Bill Ikard is a founding partner in the law firm of Ikard Young LLP in Austin. For more than 35 years, he has concentrated his practice on representing property owners in litigation involving property tax issues.

Tim Young joined Ikard Young in 2009 with a focus on commercial, finance and real estate transaction matters, licensing and international law. He has worked extensively in the area of tax incentives and economic development programs for new industrial projects in Texas.

Charles Galindo Jr. joined Ikard Young in 2025 with a focus on property tax litigation. Charles has represented a wide range of owners of commercial and business personal property throughout the state of Texas, with an emphasis on industrial properties, multifamily housing, office buildings, and retail centers.
